Volumez is a Cloud Volume Orchestrator that simplifies and optimizes modern cloud data infrastructure. The goal is to reduce cost, complexity, and risk by abstracting data path orchestration while optimizing resource utilization.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at Volumez located in Tel Aviv (Azrieli Tower). The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end close processes. They will also manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts and provide financial guidance to other departments within the company. This position will be the first position, reporting to the VP Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Knowledge of month-end close processes and financial analysis including financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software and accounting systems (NetSuite, PayEm).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the IT industry or Cloud Services is a plus.
• CPA certification is beneficial.
