Bookkeeping Position

Full time in the office (Herzliya) preferably from 9am-6pm (Sunday – Thursday)

A US Bookkeeper is needed for a leading international eCommerce company in the beauty & wellness space. Young, pleasant & dynamic work environment. Long term, in-person position,

located in Herzliya.

Job is in English Only!

Responsibilities:

- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process

- Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger,

customer ledger and general ledger

- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

- Review deductions in payments received from customers – dispute if necessary

- Perform account reconciliations (payables, receivables, bank transactions, credit cards)

- Account receivables – Invoicing, Collections, Reconciliation, and aging reports

Qualifications:

- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration - preferred

- High proficiency / Fluent English - Mandatory! (will be tested)

- Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google

Sheets (will be tested)

- Must be driven, take initiative, prioritize and can regularly meet deadlines.

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

- 3 Years bookkeeping experience

- Experience with Netsuite - Advantage
