We are looking for an Order Management Coordinator who will join our team!
What your job will look like:
- Collect requirements and schedules from internal and external customers, and update internal tracking tools.
- Order management in information system and tracking until order fulfilled
- Customer communication and support
- Data analyze
- Generating reports for internal use
- Handling overdue invoices and payment issues and communicating to finance department
- English- VERY high level!
- At least 3 years of experience from similar role
- Great Computer skills- especially Excel
- Good experience with ERP (Salesforce and Net Suite - an advantage)
- Extremely methodical and with excellent organizational skills
- Responsible and diligent
- Strong work ethic/ dedicated
- Good Interpersonal skills
