Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager

We are seeking for a highly qualified Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager to join our finance team @ EVR Motors.

So what will you actually be doing?

•            Track bank account balances and conduct daily bank reconciliations

•            Perform all activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables- prepare vendor payments, AP reconciliation, issue invoices to customers, maintain the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

•            Full ownership on the monthly payroll process

•            Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports

•             Month-end close: preparation of accruals, trial balance, P&L, CF and other materials for the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of company’s financial statements

•            Responsibility for employees travel reports and personal expense reimbursement

•            Participate in the periodic reports closing process, work with external auditors

•            Perform Ad-hoc tasks as requested

Skills & Requirements:

•            Certified Bookkeeper type 3 and Payroll Controller– Must

•            5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from a global company - Must

•            Advanced English level, both spoken and written – Must

•            Extensive MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions – Must

•            Experience with SAP Business One ERP system – Must

•            Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

•            High level of accuracy and attention to details

•            Team player with a proactive approach

•            Excellent communication and organizational skills
