We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant with strong and proven professional services experience in IT and network security. This position will require a high level of expertise in Check Point Software technologies products for on-premises deployment or in the Cloud.

The consultant will be required to work on-site and remotely in the performance of their duties. The Professional Services consultant will implement Check Point technologies with a focus on maintaining the highest levels of integrity and Customer Satisfaction and is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service-focused attitude at all times.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Deliver PS engagements in accordance with Check Point Professional Services standards
- Provide security consultancy to some of Check Point’s largest customers
- Provide integration and implementation services of Check Point's High-End products in complex networking environments
- Provide Technical Account Management duties with key accounts as required
- Understand all CP products and technologies to an SME level
- Present Check Point products and services to partners, customers and marketing events as needed, including Partner and customer training when required
- Provide guidance and technical knowledge to Account Managers in accordance with customer demands
- Document daily activities
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times
Your Knowledge & Skills
- Extensive experience with Check Point products a must
- Strong TCP/IP understanding
- Experience with installing and upgrading Check Point Software to R80.x
- Knowledge of debugging Check Point products
- Experience with IP based networks, network design, security products and protocols
- Experience with several different operating systems: Windows, Linux, etc
- Adept at pre-sales solution design (including functional and technical aspects)
- Scripting skills are a benefit
- Post-sales implementation consulting experience
- Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Highly professional, self-motivated technical leader that demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct to a Trusted Advisor level
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years experience in a customer-facing security technical role
- Check Point certified; CCSM, CCSME preferred
- Enterprise software implementation and consulting experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of network and desktop management solutions
- Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with the sales team
- Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development
