Job Description:

6. Develop, test, and iterate on algorithmic strategies to maximize ROAS and other KPIs.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to continually refine and improve our automation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation and scaling of performance-based digital marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of or experience in the search arbitrage market is a plus.
• Background in algorithms, mathematics, or machine learning is highly desirable.
• Experience with UGC video ads and broader social network campaign strategies is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
