Process Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic process manager to improve the efficiency of our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You will also be required to update process documentation and conduct efficiency audits.

To ensure success in this role, you must have a deep understanding of business processes and management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Ultimately, as a top-class process manager you should be able to identify and improve key processes, thereby reducing staff and production costs as well as production timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customers to discuss business objectives. Align procedures and processes to meet customer’s expectations and as per TCS policy.
• Monitoring and reporting performance against contractual obligations and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met by all parties: TCS, customer and third-party suppliers.
• Managing performance of the account through a balanced set of KPIs and ensuring data quality.
• Creating and presenting program management reviews. (PMR)
• Managing 3rd party agreements and contractual obligations, including conducting vendor performance reviews/audits. Preparing
• Gap Analysis for ISO Certifications
• Maintaining team members training compliance.
• Managing readiness audits and ensuring implementation of required activities post audits.
• RCA reviews and approvals.
• Overseeing the implementation of new business processes and updating process and procedure policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, process control management, or similar.
• 4+ years' experience as a process manager, preferably in the Banking/Financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes.
• Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects and multiple teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Report and procedure writing skills.
