Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a demonstrated experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships to join the Partnerships team and help develop Fiverr’s Business Partnerships & Platform Solutions ecosystem.
You will be responsible for closing, developing, and managing product and channel partnerships, driving new business by getting key players in the online industry to enhance their products and offerings by integrating Fiverr’s business solutions. You will report to the Partnerships Team Leader, working closely with multiple stakeholders across all departments, including Business Strategy & Ops, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal.
To be successful in this role, you must be a true deal-closer and an excellent communicator, with the ability to accurately identify and quickly address a prospect’s unique objectives, needs, and concerns. You must also be a highly productive and process-driven professional with great attention to detail, constantly seeking to optimize your own performance and drive better results.
Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
- Become an expert on Fiverr products and business solutions. Define and develop the value proposition for potential partners.
- Develop a rich and diversified lead pipeline by conducting ongoing market research to identify prospects that could benefit from our solutions and fit our partnership models.
- Prioritize prospects, identify relevant decision-makers, and initiate business discussions with qualified leads.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership proposals customized for each partner’s specific business needs and KPIs. Pitch and negotiate the proposal, finalize commercial terms, and address technical and legal aspects.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, regularly assessing the partnership and identifying issues and growth opportunities. Work together with the partners and relevant internal stakeholders to operate, optimize and scale the partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with the partners.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to sourcing partnerships and relationship management, while developing a supporting infrastructure (dynamic pitch decks and demos, landing pages, analytics, CRM, dedicated solutions for partners, etc.).
- 3-6 years of Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Partnerships for a global high-tech company in the online industry - a Must
- English Native - high business proficiency, verbal and written - a Must
- Proven experience working with Salesforce solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) inexact science, marketing, business or related field
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail; ability to analyze, optimize, automate, and scale complex processes.
- Highly organized, productive, and efficient. Can work independently
- Highly motivated, results-driven
