About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at growing our company and enhancing our services. Working directly under the senior director of Growth, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving forward various initiatives across different disciplines. Success in these is measured not only by project completion but also by long-term scalability and, ultimately, revenue growth. We are looking for someone with strong project management capabilities, the ability to handle multiple tasks and disciplines, and an agile mindset and creative mentality,

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Lead project execution and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• High-level proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
• 3-4 years of proven experience in project management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
  
  

• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Experience working with salesforce or marketing automation software
