Job description:

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and management of on-prem & Azure cloud servers and infrastructure, working with R&D teams in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and managing servers in VMware environments

Manage and maintain storage systems and migrations between them.

Manage and maintain Windows servers (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).

Manage servers and workstations.

Provide support and services to IT users in setting up and maintaining systems.

Write and distribute work procedures.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of cloud environments, including at least 3 years of experience

Required knowledge and writing of automation in POWERSHELL

Required knowledge and experience of at least 5 years in the following areas:

VMware – setting up and ongoing maintenance of VMware Clusters, including installation from scratch on new hardware - a must.

Working with servers (hardware - HP, DELL) - a must.

In-depth knowledge of Windows servers, mainly Active Directory, Exchange, and Failover Clusters - a must.

Knowledge of writing scripts at a high level - a must

Project management experience - a significant advantage

Knowledge of communication and information security - FORTINET + CISCO

Experience in an Azure cloud environment - a must

Linux knowledge - a significant advantage

You will also need:

A high level of service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to learn independently and work as part of a team

Willingness to work irregular hours
