SEO Lead

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven SEO Lead with exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.

You will play a pivotal role in driving organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings for our digital properties. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Content, and Product, you’ll help to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with Lemonade's broader business objectives.

In this role you'll

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Develop and execute a comprehensive team roadmap, setting clear goals, priorities, and strategies to drive SEO initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and website enhancements
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to Lemonade's digital platforms
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO practices to continuously innovate and improve our SEO strategies and tactics

What you'll need

• 8+ years in SEO, including proven experience in managing and building high-performing teams
• Strong track record of successfully developing and executing SEO strategies that have resulted in significant organic search growth and improved search engine rankings
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as growth, content, and product, to drive SEO initiatives and achieve business goals
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO insights, progress, and impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for leading and mentoring a team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
