Night Floor Sales Manager

A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Night Sales Floor Manager to oversee our night shift operations.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, 4 days a week

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives during the night shift, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Call Center Management: Utilize your previous experience in managing a call center to optimize call handling processes, monitor call quality, and coach team members for improved performance.

• Market Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the international market, with a strong focus on the American market, to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and market expansion.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide timely feedback and coaching to improve sales outcomes.

• Night Shift Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the sales floor during night hours, making necessary decisions to address any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing a call center is required.

• Willingness to work during night hours (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) for four days a week.

• Strong expertise in the international market, particularly the American market
