About the role:

The Compensation and Benefits Expert is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring competitive pay structures, and administering employee benefits to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and region.
• Design and manage the organization's salary structure, including base pay, bonuses, and equity.
• Conduct regular salary reviews to assess alignment with market trends, internal equity, and performance.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks.
• Collaborate with management and HRBP to determine appropriate salary ranges for different job roles and levels
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and taxation.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights to management.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation and benefits strategies and outcomes.

As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our professional C&B team, in shaping the organization's compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in global compensation and benefits domain
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications in general. Proficiency in other Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be a plus.
• Data-driven and highly analytical
• Demonstrating close attention to details
• Able to speak and write fluently in English
• a self-motivated & demonstrating ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Economics, or Management
