Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating best-in-class, customer-centric products.

In this role, you’ll leverage your passion for UX, design, and product as you collaborate with different teams to create pixel-perfect experience for web and mobile. You’ll focus on customer-facing features, internal tools, design systems, and much more.

In this role you'll

• Create delightful, customer-facing products for both web and mobile
• Understand a product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and usability testing
• Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues focused on product, design, development, QA, and BI
• Apply and maintain consistency with Lemonade’s standards and guidelines
• Become a valuable member of the design team and promote winning ideas and decisions

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Broad understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Experience with solving complex product problems
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools
• Superb communication skills
• B.A. in Visual Communication, as well as illustration and animation skills, are both an advantage
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
