We’re looking for a highly talented R&D team leader to lead hands-on aspects of the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will leading the team professionally is the focus of designing, developing, and maintaining code infrastructure that supports the needs of our business
• You will write clean, efficient and well-documented code
• You will conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• You will continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry
• You will be fun to be around and work with

Requirements

• A BSc in computer science or equivalent
• +3 years of experience in leading a development team.
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .Net framework, .Net core, .Net 6/7, and Entity Framework.
• Mastery in coding with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience in database management, including: Writing SQL code and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and similar relational databases.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• -Experience working and building solutions with cloud technologies and tools like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• An unwavering commitment to software engineering best practices, emphasizing code reviews, unit testing, optimal code coverage, and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written (Hebrew/English).
• Proven experience in mentoring and facilitating the professional growth of team members.
• Proven experience in designing software systems.
• Good solving problems skills
