What you will do:

• Financial Strategy and Planning:
  
  

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Provide financial forecasts, projections, and analysis to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  
  

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

• Risk Management:
  
  

Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the company's performance and operations.

Monitor economic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.

• Capital Management:
  
  

Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support growth and optimize financial resources.

• Team Leadership:
  
  

Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced finance-related certification preferred.
• 8+ Proven years of experience as a VP of Finance, preferably in starting with a Small start-up and experiencing the company’s growth all the way to being acquired.
• Experience in fundraising while managing the process end-2-end of at least 20M$.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
