Founder & Full Stack Developer

AssetYa, an online Real Estate / Fintech SaaS platform for Homeowners and Buyers, is growing and we’re looking for a highly skilled 'HANDS-ON' Full Stack Software Engineer & Founder who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. We're seeking a motivated and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer, with experience building integrated, scalable, and robust SaaS applications and APIs.

This position will be responsible for the technical aspects and development processes (Web platform and App from A to Z). You’ll be joining the R&D team, where together you'll be creating the entire code development processes, while collaborating with the UX/UI, product and analytical teams, as well as executing the vision for the programming roadmap. REQUIREMENTS

★ 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer with strong Backend experience and technologies - a Must!

★ 3+ years of Hands-on experience in back-end and/or front-end development , B2B/B2C products and high proficiency in software development (react / nestJS/ node.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, etc.) - a must!

★ Have experience working with databases, and skilled at data manipulation, investigation, inquiring, optimization, data services, etc. with MySQL, MongoDB, key understanding in query optimization and best practices - preferred

★ Define and implement operational metrics, KPIs, and other measurements of success that measure, optimize and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tactics, and strategy.

★ Build strong cross-functional relationships with other departments such as Product and UX/UI to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

★ knowledge in WordPress and different js/css approaches

★ Experience in AI & ML (Preferred / Bonus)

★ Good understanding of cloud-based solutions and their architecture

★ Experience in GraphQL and Apollo - preferred

★ Experience supporting systems in production – monitoring, leading to production issues resolution, deployment processes

★ Self-starter, independent, likes to take initiative
