We are seeking a motivated, highly analytical, detail-oriented Social Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Channels Department.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize large scale marketing campaigns, in a variety of industries, on an ongoing basis
• Own measurement and reporting for your campaigns
• Conduct marketing research & Analyze marketing performance data
• Investigate and pinpoint emerging trends and potential opportunities
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including analytics, business, product, and creative, to craft and implement a successful user journey
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in managing global, large-scale B2C campaigns focused on social & Video platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snap & X (with budgets of $100K+/mo)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate and communicate well with team members and stakeholders
• Very organized and well-structured individual with strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering consistent results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English at a high professional level - a must
