We are looking for an experienced layout designer to take part in the RF/analog technology development efforts for the company’s game-changer product. This position involves layout of custom RF, analog & mixed signals circuits.

Responsibilities:

• Layout of RF, analog & mixed signals circuits.
• Top-level layout.
• Running all the required tape-out sign-off runs & delivering final GDS.
  
  

• Team player with excellent communication skills, and a “can do” attitude.
• At least 10 years of experience in layout of analog, RF or mixed signal circuits.
• Excellent knowledge of common layout techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of physical verification tools – LVS, DRC, dummy inclusion, antenna, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of PDK setup.
• Good knowledge of Cadence environment. Scripting (PCELLS) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in electronic circuits.
• Experience in advanced processes – at least 28nm or 22nm. FinFet is an advantage.
• Top level layout experience is an advantage.
