Technical Operations Manager - Temporary Position (2392)

A food-tech startup company in Tel Aviv is seeking a motivated technical operations manager for a temporary position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements (i.e., suppliers, service providers, raw

material and machine importation, leases, etc).

Facilitate raw material & machine sourcing, procurement, customization, and

importation.

Technical project management of critical projects

Manage project GANTs and inter-team communication

Problem-solve technical issues to streamline operations

Work internally and externally to meet goals

Handle product logistics from the factory to the customers

Serve as a bridge between the R&D and engineering teams and the company's

commercial and manufacturing teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor ’s degree
• Project management skills
• 4-8 years of experience managing technical operations and procurement processes (machinery and/or raw materials)
• Experience working in a start-up company is a plus
• Ability to manage negotiations and good business skills
• Proactivity, flexibility and technical skills
• High level English (reading and writing)
