Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members to elevate overall code quality.
• Oversee resource allocation, sprint planning, and agile methodologies to ensure timely project completion.
• Stay current with emerging software technologies and best practices, and lead the team in incorporating these into development processes.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the team's focus, such as Python, Java, or React.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, including experience in performance reviews and career development.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
