Global Procurement Category Lead

SodaStream is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Global Procurement Category Lead to join our growing Global Procurement Team in HQ located in Kfar Saba, Israel.

The position reports to Global Procurement Logistics Manager.

Main accountabilities:

• Global sourcing of suppliers for Logistics Service Providers, 3PL’s, Freight companies for B2B and DTC Operations and CO2 , Accessories , Special additions categories .
• Suppliers’ management – terms negotiations, performance assessment and improvement, cost efficiency increasing, well know project leader, etc.
• Develop and implement procurement strategy for Logistics , CO2 , Accessories , Special additions categories focusing on improvements and innovations
• Support and implement cost-saving initiatives and practices, work side by side with our grow markets in the world .
  
  

• Min BA degree in Business/Economics/Finance or relevant.
• 5+ years’ experience in purchasing Logistics from local and foreign suppliers .
• High capability to engage other functions in the organization to changes.
• Strongly skilled in sourcing, contracts and terms’ negotiations, suppliers’ management
• Proactivity, multi-tasking, and ability to respond quickly to requests from stakeholders, problem solver and creative, ability to think outside the box.
• Presentation skills .
• Experience in Global and multi cultural organization .
• Full proficiency in English and Hebrew
• Readiness for regular trips to the productions site at Lehavim junction
• Ability to travel abroad.
