About the role:

Sensi is seeking an exceptional Director of Demand Generation/Director of Performance Marketing to join our marketing team and own the demand generation strategy from creation to execution. Sensi is a B2B2C company, but this position will have a B2B emphasis. We are looking for someone who is analytical, creative, and is ready to have a significant impact on growth. The right candidate is an excellent strategist who can be an individual contributor, rolling up his/her sleeves to get stuff done! This is an incredible opportunity to build and scale a world-class demand generation program from the ground up at a fast-growing company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a traditional and Account-Based demand generation strategy and tactical programs across all channels--including email, digital, paid, social, content, webinars, events and more
• Own a marketing generated and influenced pipeline and revenue number, and help build out the metrics and dashboards that focus and optimize demand generation activities
• Work with marketing operations to implement and execute integrated demand generation tactics, funnel optimization and ROI analysis
• Manage a moderate demand generation budget that meets company goals for growth and ROI, while maintaining a watchful eye on program optimization and spend
• Partner with our content and product marketing team members to promote and leverage key content assets through an integrated campaign strategy
• Work with our SDR and sales teams to create programs that not only generate net-new leads, but also accelerate them through the entire sales funnel
• Work cross-functionally with key executives, sales, operations, finance, and product to communicate demand generation activities and metrics with the overall team
  
  

• BA/BS, MBA preferred
• 10+ years in a senior marketing role in demand generation/performance marketing at a B2B or B2B2C company
• Extensive experience in launching integrated marketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and reporting
• Experience using the HubSpot CRM, Marketing and CSM modules
• Highly creative with a passion for telling stories through cross-communication platforms
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proven track record of owning conversion and revenue KPIs
• Execution oriented with a passion for fast paced environments
• Enjoys both the analytical and creative aspects of creating demand
• Collaborative team player who is excited to be part of a growing team
