Tasks And Qualifications
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times
- Ensure H&S Systems and processes are managed and adhered to Accountable for planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance plan
- Carry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with the quality standards and time schedules as set out in the equipment manuals
- Ensure CMMS adoption to accurately record all work undertaken and generate reports Lead and manager team of maintenance technicians & shift pattern
- Monitor site inventory
- Undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
- Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs with the support of Service Technical Assistance dept.
- To ensure quality of output at all times Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations
- To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company
- Evaluate risks of overdue maintenance and change management/prioritization of a new maintenance plan
- Ensure to maintain & control of the costs to execute the maintenance program Define the lists of required tool & people for his/her personnel
- Determine the required spares for the planned and/or unplanned outages
- Write up periodical reports about the service activities
- Oversee the recruitment, training and development of all Dematic Resident Site based employees
- Short, medium and long term capacity and capability management
- Annual appraisal of direct reports
- Certification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma
- Polish language is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated leadership of Engineering function
- Customer focus
- Fluent in English and local language
- Relevant health & safety qualification
- Budget and cost control experience essential- Ability to learn and retain technical information
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
- Have a logical approach to fault finding and resolution
- Operate within a designed structure of pre-planned maintenance
- A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Basic understanding of control systems and techniques
- Basic understanding of PLC equipment
