The Position
Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning, sales and cost control, sales and cost management reporting. You will also keep Business Units informed about the financial development and prepare proposals for preventive and corrective actions if necessary to keep targets and requirements.

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Be a business partner to specific business units, departments and continuously identify opportunities to optimise and improve financial performance.
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with preparing budget, monthly reporting, business cases and presentations.
• Identify when financial data and market analysis can support a strategic decisions and serve as a tool for efficient decision making.
• Continuous monitoring of sales and cost, with special focus on productivity (operating profit and margin).
• Support on alignment between strategy and financial resource allocation.
  
  

Qualifications

• To be eligible for the role, you should hold a Master's degree in Economies, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance. You have at least 3 years of experience with Financial Planning and controlling international companies. We would also like you to have:
• High performing and high analytical capability.
• Advanced in Excel and presentation skills.
• Local market understanding and Novo Nordisk Products understanding.
• Business partner mindset and you are detailed orientated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English- Spoken and written.

Financial Planning and Analysis department is part of the Finance & Operations organisation in Novo Nordisk Israel, alongside Commercial Supply Chain, Accounting & Taxation, Procurement and Digital Data & IT.
