Research Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Software Team Leader with Linux expertise to help us build the next generation of security products.

The team researches, designs, and develops new enterprise-wide security software applications for Linux platforms on endpoint and cloud.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery & maintenance of scalable mission-critical components of Linux security applications on endpoint and cloud environments.
• Weigh in and affect architecture & design decisions for products that are strategic to the company’s success.
• Product vision/roadmap/interaction with customers and the sales teams to understand needs & challenges.
• Communicate with domain experts, users, and management throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Plan, lead, guide, track and motivate a remote team of experienced low-level software engineers.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader of experienced software engineers.
• At least 5 years of development on Linux OS.
• Deep knowledge in Linux - User mode and preferably Kernel mode.
• Experience with C/C++/Python.
• knowledge in Containers/K8S domain both in private & public clouds (managed/unmanaged).
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and public cloud concepts in general.
