The role entails:

Leading extensive processes and projects, coordinating with the dairy manager.

Managing operational metrics and measurements.

andling resources at a dairy level and providing comprehensive resource utilization insight.

Overseeing the Dairy's production planning and control, ensuring synchronization among various operational units.

Continuously assessing methods for efficiency enhancement and operational cost reduction.

Temporarily filling in for the Dairy manager when absent.

What's needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Management / Administration - mandatory. Master's degree is a plus.

Two significant terms of experience in operational management roles within a food or pharmaceutical factory.

Accumulated experience of at least 7 years in managerial positions.

Experience in managing a business unit (profit and loss), including budget responsibility - advantage.

Proficiency in excellent operational methodologies (LEAN) - advantage.

Matrix management and project leadership experience - advantage.
