Job Description:
Managing the sales shift and assigning leads
Encouraging the sales representatives and making sure they reach their daily and monthly sales goals
Maintaining high energies throughout the entire shift
Managing the sales representatives on a professional and personal level
The position entails 5 shifts a week (Sun to Thu / Mon to Fri) with the following working hours – 10:00 to 19:00
(Friday is an early day).
The office is in Tel Aviv (Azrieli Area).
Requirements:
-Fluent English - a must!
-Previous experience managing a call center - a must!
-Previous immigration sales/ online sales management experience – a must!
-Highly motivated and hungry for success – a must!
-Proven work experience in sales for half a year at least - an advantage!
-Excellent managing and interpersonal skills – an advantage!.
