The Opportunity:

As a Mobile Engineering Manager at Agoda, you will lead a talented team of mobile engineers and drive the development of high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, define project requirements, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

• Mentor and guide engineers in utilizing iOS, Swift, Android, and Kotlin to develop outstanding mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of learning, growth, and innovation within the team.
• Explore and leverage cross-platform frameworks to optimize development processes and enhance code reusability.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, debug complex issues, and optimize app performance.
  
  

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms using technologies such as iOS, Swift, Android, and Kotlin.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
