Responsibilities
• Running company’s day-to-day financial operations including Bookkeeping.
• AP cycle management: record bills, prepare payments and reconciliations.
• AR cycle management: issue invoices, collection, and reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations and monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Month-end close: prepare trial balance, other reports, and other material for the monthly closing of the company books.
• Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
• Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.
• Supporting financial decision-making by senior management.
• Building and coordinating the global budget, tracking budget vs. actual compliance.
• Providing cash flow reports and projections on a daily base.
Requirements
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• High-level English.
• At least 4 years of experience working as a accountant/bookkeeper - an advantage.
• Knowledge with ERP systems, NetSuite – an advantage
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Highly organized and reliable with attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
