Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the Core R&D Delivery group SDLC, business operation, internal projects and manage interfaces with other technology units within the company.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering projects according to a planned schedule, scope, and KPIs. Expected to identify and resolve issues/conflicts and manage the day-to-day coordination of all teams.

The Delivery Manager works independently, under general and professional guidelines, on routine tasks, problem resolution and any escalations, when required; as well as collaborate with internal groups.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and direction of all delivery execution activities including scoping, scheduling, quality, and performance associated with the projects assigned
• Business operations focal point interacting with product and business units to ensure proper deals estimation and risk analysis
• Managed and develop internal processes to support effective flow and increase productivity
• Lead the internal and/or external problem-solving efforts necessary to arrive the required results
• Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc.
• Resource and capacity planning for short, mid and long term planning
• Define and track delivery KPIs and conduct data analysis for delivery matters such as budget vs. actual, resource utilization, quality and scope

Requirements:

• 2+ years of delivery management experience in software projects- A must!
• Display a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions with internal and external parties
• Proven track record of handling large complex projects and datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy
• Experience working with KPI metrics
• Strong analytical skills and technical orientation - experience in data analysis and reports creation
• Proficient in Jira, Excel and PPT (MS Suite in general), and Business Intelligence tools
• Proven ability to drive change across the organization
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, self-starter with multi-cultural experience
• Superior organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations, identify problems and provide solutions
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Have a ‘wide angle’ vision and system wide perspective of software and internet products
• English at native level
