Sales Enablement and Training Manager, you will provide the sales team with the resources, tools, information, and training needed to effectively engage with potential customers and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the global sales enablement program, highly focused on company KPI’s.
- At least 3 years experience in developing training materials in different training and editing tools ( Camtasia, Viemo, PowToon and Genially)
- Partner with Global Sales Leadership to understand their business, identify knowledge and skills gaps, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and deliver targeted enablement programs
- Lead and manage the strategy, development, and measurement of sales enablement programs for onboarding, upskilling, training, coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Engage with cross-functional teams to Collaborate with Sales, to implement the best ongoing enablement learning content
- Define global operational efficiency objectives tied to multiple regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC) including win/loss metrics and targeted areas of improvement
Requirements
- At least 3 years of business development/sales development experience, or in a customer-facing role at a tech company, preferably in the cyber industry (Strong knowledge of the cyber domain, including cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and industry trends.)
- Mother tongue English - a must
- Sales Enablement Trainer with Proven Experience in Delivering Technical Product Training to Global Sales Teams
- Ability to develop engaging training content that aligns with the needs of sales teams
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
