We are looking for Head of Architecture for one of our R&D organizations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and technical strategy of our products.

You will lead a team of talented architects and engineers, driving innovation, scalability, and reliability across our software solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our software aligns with industry best practices, is highly efficient, and meets the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture vision – maintain up to date architecture vision and translate it into tangible roadmap.
• NFR ownership – manage the NFR backlog and work closely with the R&D teams and product managers to ensure that this backlog is being worked on effectively.
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across the development organization.
• Mentoring – mentor the architects and future architects both technically and from a soft skills perspective.
• Cost and uptime – make sure those aspects are considered in every feature development. Help building backlog to improve those items as needed.
• Innovation – encourage innovation culture and contribute to it
