Manufacturing Manager

This is your opportunity to join an innovative, technological, warm, and family-oriented dairy and integrate into a significant and challenging managerial position at the heart of operational and technological management in the dairy.

The role includes:

- Responsibility for managing a production field at the dairy, including operation, supervision, and control of the process system.

- Direct and indirect management of around 30 supervisors and employees (control room operators), including training processes, capability development, and authorization.

- Adherence to the production plan as determined by the Production Planning and Inventory Department while optimizing resource utilization.

- Leading operational excellence activities and implementing tools for operational efficiency and productivity in line with defined objectives and continuous improvement.

- Responsibility for maintaining organizational regulations, particularly in the areas of safety, operation, quality, and product security.

- Ensuring proper operation of mechanical equipment in accordance with maintenance policies.

- Transfer of reports in the information and computing systems according to work guidelines and instructions.

What do you need?

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Biotechnology.

- Operational experience in a manufacturing environment in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience in team management.

- Proficiency in computer environment, including Office applications.
