IT OPS Engineer

Responsibilities:

IT Ops Engineers are responsible for cloud-based services and infrastructure as well as Infrastructure as Code with a strong focus on automation and integration between services

Job requirements:

• 5+ years of experience automating IT processes
• 10+ years of experience as an IT expert supporting SaaS and backend services, preferably at a technology company
• Experience in managing enterprise environments for MAC- Must
• Experience in SAAS systems- Must
• A cybersecurity mindset: think “security” in every process
• A customer experience mindset: excited to dig into any issue, big or small, provide empathy and action to support IT customers
• An automation mindset
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and automation languages, such as Python, NodeJS, PHP, Terraform, serverless
• Experience with IaaS and IaC
• Proficient in public cloud management: AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strive to constantly improve anything and everything, identify issues and provide / implement solutions
• Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and provide / implement solutions
• A Project Manager mindset: Independent and capable of leading processes and projects
• Experience with API driven processes
• A very high level of English
