Cleaning Validation Specialist

Join us – We are hiring a Cleaning Validation Specialist to our Beit Shemesh site.

Responsibilities and ownership:

• Responsibility and accountability for the plant cleaning validation policy.

• Leading and establishing cleaning validation policies.

• Working with Production and Planning to schedule cleaning validation activities to meet product and TSA timelines

• Execution of protocols and summary reports according to a work plan

• Performing sampling and analytical tests - on the production floor and laboratory

• Development and improvement of analytical methods related to cleanliness validation (as required)

• Proof of the effectiveness of disinfectants

• Supporting the development of cleaning procedures in the plant while knowing the production processes

• Providing audit support (as required)

• Work in collaboration with production, QA, and QC.

Formal Education:

Academic degree in the field of life sciences or engineering (at least B.sc, B eng)

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP industry

• Experience in Cleaning validation – advantage

• Ability to manage and lead tasks in a multi-interface (matrix) organization, monitoring and controlling the execution of decisions.

• Ability to write protocols and reports in English

• Knowledge of cleaning validations is an advantage

• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills

• Cross functional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
