A dynamic start-up in the FoodTech sector is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Manager for a cutting-edge pilot facility.

Role Overview: As the Manager for the pilot facility, you will play a pivotal role in our journey to disrupt the FoodTech industry. Your responsibilities will include:

🌟 Operations and Technology:

Spearhead the management of the company's state-of-the-art pilot factory,

ensuring the seamless integration of technology and operations.

🌟 Production Management: Take

charge of planning and overseeing production processes, meticulously optimizing

efficiency and quality. This includes sourcing equipment and raw materials from

international suppliers and implementing rigorous quality standards.

🌟 Team Leadership: Lead and

inspire the production teams and technicians, fostering a culture of

innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

🌟 Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with our R&D teams and global stakeholders to align the

pilot facility's operations with the company's overarching company goals.

🌟 Scale-Up: Be at the forefront

of scaling up the production processes, ensuring a smooth transition from pilot

to full-scale production.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications

and requirements:

🎓 Education: A Bachelor's degree

in mechanical engineering, biotechnology engineering, chemistry engineering, or

industrial engineering and management.

📈 Experience: A minimum of 7

years of hands-on experience in a process industry, preferably within the food,

pharmaceuticals, plastics, or cosmetics sectors.

👥 Managerial Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, demonstrating leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🔧 Technical Acumen: A strong technical orientation, with a passion for mastering the intricate details of production processes and technology.

🗣️ Language Skills: Fluent in both Hebrew and English to facilitate seamless communication with

international partners.
