Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of innovative strategies and projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, product managers, and other key stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee a team of researchers, engineers, and other professionals to explore new technologies, methodologies, and markets.
• Measure and report the impact of innovation projects, and secure buy-in from stakeholders for scaling successful initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the industry and assess their potential applicability and impact.
  
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management or related roles, such as R&D or product development.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, or a related field with a focus on innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative projects or products.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
