Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of quality assurance strategies and programs aimed at ensuring the highest standards across products and services.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service to integrate quality measures into all aspects of business operations.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Stay current with industry quality standards, regulations, and methodologies, incorporating them as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.
  
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles, with a focus on implementing and managing quality systems.
• Advanced degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills, including experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in tools and methods for quality analysis and control.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying quality objectives and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
