About the team: Platform

LSports Platform group spearheads the development of our groundbreaking internal developer platform, setting unparalleled standards for innovation, efficiency, and scalability within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical authority in DevOps, guiding architectural decisions, technology choices, and best practices.
• Lead complex DevOps projects involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the DevOps pipeline to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and implement a long-term DevOps strategy, including KPIs and metrics for success
  
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Advanced expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby, as well as in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• In-depth experience with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps, Argo, JenkinsX, and mastery of container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Thorough understanding of cloud architectures, including services and best practices, across platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
