Technical Project Manager (HW)

Own end-to-end execution of HW electronic cards projects within the R&D department.
Lead project planning, task definition, tracking, and delivery on time and with high quality
Manage subcontractors involve at with the R&D activities by developing cables, Connectors, JIG’s, and other.
Drive matrix management across multiple R&D, infrastructure and operations teams to ensure alignment, resolve dependencies, and meet milestones
Coordinate closely with Product, Research, Development, QA, and Operations teams to achieve project goals
Proactively communicate with stakeholders, report progress, highlight risks, and propose mitigation plans
Identify bottlenecks, foster collaboration, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Manage expectations with stakeholders at different levels, from hands-on teams to senior executives
Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines

Education:

BSc in Electrical Engineering , or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

BSc in Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in project management within a technological R&D environment
Proven experience managing projects across multiple R&D teams in a matrix structure
Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Strong technical orientation and ability to understand HW development processes and their impact on execution and risks
Excellent project management skills: task planning, tracking, risk management, and cross-team coordination
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication and presentation skills
