About the Job
As a Senior Product Manager at Guardz, you’ll have 2 main goals:
- Own and execute on the product roadmap.
- Deep dive into the data to prioritize what moves the needle.
In the world of cybersecurity and B2B SaaS in general, it’s an unfortunate truth that many product managers become backlog managers, making a minimal impact on the customer base. But Guardz is different! We are NOT building just another enterprise security solution that becomes one of a dozen contributors to alert fatigue or gets plugged into a SIEM, never to be seen again. Instead, we are solving real world problems at scale, through a single pane of glass, using cutting edge technologies that protect small businesses. And we’re having fun doing it;)
An experienced product manager, who understands the power of making data-driven decisions, must NOT miss this opportunity. All the data is collected and the levers are ready to be pulled, we just need the right person to see through the matrix and make an impact!
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Master the product and drive priorities through the full life cycle, from ideation to development and launch.
- Data-Driven: Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage, market research, and usage/adoption metrics.
- User Journey: Actively participate in the creation of user flows, wireframes and prototypes with the mission to optimize the customer journey.
- Inbound: Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
- Outbound: Coordinate with the go-to-market teams and be the expert needed to assist in building content and communicating product value.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, analytical, curious and a natural problem solver!
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B products.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity ecosystems, attack techniques, and cyber solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; a team player comfortable in a fast paced start-up atmosphere.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
