A leading IT services company locate in Benyamina requires an IT support team leader.
The team provides the company's customers with advanced IT support in various computing topics such as support for end users, servers, Microsoft 365, Networking, information security, cloud computing, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing the team professionally (about 80%)
- Responsibility for the professional development of staff through follow-up, call handling, mentoring and ongoing guidance.
- Responsibility for meeting SLA objectives.
- Responsibility for documenting and writing work procedures and accounts.
- Responsibility for dealing with a wide range of active customers and accepting new customers.
- Responsibility for dealing with external suppliers.
- Responsibility for integration with projects team and second-level support in any case of complex malfunctions.
- Responsibility for recruiting new employees.
Qualifications
- Work experience of at least 6 years in the IT field with providing services for: end user support, Microsoft Win2012-2022 servers, Microsoft 365, firewall management, terminal server environment, etc. - mandatory.
- Work experience in an IT services company – a great advantage.
- High technical capabilities / extensive familiarity with the IT world in its various aspects - mandatory.
- High service awareness, team player, ability to manage and lead people – mandatory.
- Learning capabilities of new technological systems.
- Holder of relevant certifications in the IT industry such as CCNA/MCITP/MCSE – mandatory.
