Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the lookout for a highly motivated Revenue Operation Manager for our Revenue Operation team and plays a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-generating strategies, analyze data, and streamline operations to ensure maximum revenue growth
• Analyze and enhance our products’ sales process to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
• Monitor and report on key metrics, and identify areas for improvement
• Executing high-value projects
• Utilize data analytics tools to create actionable insights
• Document and standaֶrdize revenue-related processes to ensure consistency and scalability
• Responsible for the effective execution of various digital campaigns across investing.com platforms
• Campaign managing troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, and reporting
• Effectively communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
• Optimizing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing campaign performance

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience of 1+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM and campaign managing tools, High proficiency with Excel and other Office products
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience with data analytics and visualization tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working with technical products – Strong advantage
• An adaptable team player who is dedicated to providing a consistently high level of service
• Fast and independent learner, with the ability to work on multiple projects
• High-level English, verbal and written
