About the job
As an Org & Op Excellence Consultant, you will join our team of consultants, advising senior management in leading corporations and government agencies regarding major organizational and operational business decisions.
You will develop operational strategies that will have an effective impact on the critical operations of clients. You will participate in think tanks, perform complex analyses, conduct interviews with key figures in the organization, and come up with creative solutions to organizational problems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology/Organizational Sociology/Organizational Consulting/Organizational Behaviour or Industrial Engineering – Must
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting for the public sector – Must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity, initiative, and curiosity
- Fluent Hebrew, Fluent English; additional language is an advantage
