Join us at Unilever's Tzfat factory as a Planner, where you'll take on a multifaceted role encompassing supply planning, strategic procurement coordination, and insightful data analysis. As a Planner, you will work within a stable and professional team, contributing to the growth of a global company while fostering your own professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Long-Term Supply Planning and Coordination: Develop and coordinate strategic supply planning for the long term, ensuring seamless operations.
• Strategic Procurement Responsibility: Take charge of strategic procurement initiatives to optimize our supply chain.
• Comprehensive Procurement Management: Oversee and closely monitor strategic procurement to maintain optimum inventory levels, both internal and external.
• Data Analysis and Business Insights: Analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions for business improvements.
• Manufacturing Capability Assessment: Evaluate production capabilities against forecasts for informed decision-making.
• Long-Term Planning Commitment: Commit to achieving long-term planning objectives.
• Problem Identification and Independent Resolution: Identify issues, escalate them as needed, and independently work towards solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management / Economics and Business Administration - Mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency - Mandatory.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a planner in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Process and people management skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and take E2E ownership on projects and assignments.
