Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and process improvement? Join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction and development of strategic website programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Effectively manage and track work plans, ensuring adherence to goals and timelines.
• Provide support to various pillar leaders and their work plans, assisting in the successful execution of their projects.
• Identify gaps in work processes and initiate actions for correction and enhancement.
• Take charge of projects and provide assistance in project management for production line improvements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams responsible for operational excellence within Manufacturing Excellence.
• Generate monthly reports and progress status updates. Lead assessments and visits related to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving project management and/or operational management - Mandatory.
• Familiarity with performance management and improvement methodologies - Mandatory.
• Proficiency in English - Highly advanced reading, writing, and speaking skills - Mandatory.
