Spinomenal, a leading gaming company, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centralize and register supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate income invoicing and ensure they are error-free.
- Match cards, banks, and credit cards with corresponding transactions.
- Prepare and submit foreign travel reports as required.
- Perform other Ad Hoc tasks assigned in Spinomenal.
- Concentrate and handle employee attendance data efficiently and maintain up-to-date records.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of experience in bookkeeping from tech companies
- Bookkeeping Certificate - Type 2
- High proficiency in Priority – Must
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- High learning capabilities, including proven experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems.
- Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
