Live Speaking Support Coordinator

We’re expanding Live Speaking - our fun, live online conversational English program for elementary and middle school kids across Israel. Part of Eric Cohen Books, a trusted leader in ELT with 40+ years of experience in publishing, teacher training, English assessment, and educational programs.

We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing team and provide real-time help to our international native English teachers and partner schools.

What You’ll Do:
• Offer real-time support during online classes (technical help, language barriers with Hebrew-speaking students, classroom challenges).
• Handle customer service queries from school staff and parents.
• Arrange teacher substitutions and help international teachers acclimate to Israeli schools.
• Deliver fast, professional, and friendly assistance.

Flexible Options That Fit Your Life:
• Full-Time: Sun-Thu 08:00-16:30. Ability to work every second Friday (08:00-13:30) is a strong advantage.
• Shift work: 08:00-13:30, 08:00-17:00 or 12:30-18:00. Choose as many shifts as you want (minimum 2 per week - can be two mid-week shifts or a mid-week + Friday). If choosing two mid-week shifts, ability to work Friday mornings every second Friday (08:00-13:30) is a strong advantage.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience working within the Israeli education system (teaching or school-based experience is an advantage).
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset.
• Confident with online video platforms, especially Zoom - you’ll be troubleshooting and supporting teachers and schools in real time.
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Comfortable in a fully digital environment. Much of the communication happens via Business WhatsApp on computer, so strong typing skills and fluent written communication are essential.
• Comfortable working on-site at our Raanana HQ.
