Overview

Come join the Payments Group as a Development Manager.

In this role, you’ll lead a team that creates innovative products, helping small businesses to get paid faster. Team is working on new technologies, both frontend and backend, driving new initiatives used by millions of people.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UI/UX), lead the strategy as well as drive the execution and bring it to life.

What you'll bring

• 5 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12-14 years of hands on software development experience (preferably AWS tech stack, Java and/or React)
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills – both in Hebrew and English
• Preferably - experience working with global teams, especially in the US
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience
